Our state-of-the-art manufacturing machinery using multi-purpose computer controlled machines enables us to produce Studs, Tracks and Trusses directly from software instructions without any machine adjustments. The one machine has the ability to rollform, webnotch, punch service holes, dimple, swage and then print the part number on the part produced - all with an accuracy of plus or minus 0.5mm
What does this mean for us
  • The accuracy of the manufacturing process ensures that the assembled wall panels and roof trusses are accurate in size to within 0.5mm
  • Individually labelled components leads to ease of assembly. No guess work.
  • The accurately pre-punched screw holes mean that the components are joined and assembled accurately.

What does this mean for you
  • The dimpling of the fastening holes to the correct depth enables the screws to lie flush with the wall surface
  • Swaging (crimping the product undersize to allow through connections) allows the studs to sit all the way into the bottom and top plates. This allows the load to be supported by the full steel - not just the fasteners - ensuring full strength.
  • Punched web holes allow the studs to pass through a continuous "noggin". Swaging of the stud at the juncture with the noggin ensures that the wall surface remains flat and true.
  • The job of the plasterer is made easier. Since the wall panels are straight and true, there is no need for packing.
  • Pre-punched service holes make the job of the electrician and plumber much easier.
  • Since the frame and trusses are made of steel, they are impervious to termites. No spraying or other maintenance is required.
